 I lived in South Jersey , Now but was raised at a boarding school The Church Farm School in the heart of Amish Country . Traveled the world as a young man living in Asia for 3 years, Germany for 4 years, Middle East (Asia Minor,  Africa) for 2 years  and Central/South America.   Traveled over 3.7 million Miles in 28 Years in North America 49 states,  Canada and Mexico. Eaten at some of the best Choke and Pukes/Dives in the Country.  

My passion is for food and the feeding of people.!!!

I have seen people in need and could do nothing or I thought when I was younger.  While working as a over the road trucker,  I have educated myself in using WIFI HotSpots and classroom on weekends in the areas of: Production, Logistics, The Science of: Nutrition, Culinary, Pastry,  Environmental Studies , Sustainability, Social Factors, Film and Photography, Marketing .

Educated at: (Cornell, Harvard, Columbia, MIT, KIST, Stanford, University of Pitts. University of Penn. Wharton School of Business, Nepal University,  CIA, Escoffier, Top Chef University, The Wine School, US ARMY,  GED  licensed State of NJ (Food Mgr, Lic Banker, CDL A ) ,plus have hands on experience working all stages of the food cycle (Growing ,Harvesting : Crops Animals, Aquaculture, Alternative Farming and logistics).

Currently, enrolled at the University of Michigan (online), Masters Program in Food Safety and Sanitation.
